My Story

I believe that through our lives, there are moments when we  stop to embrace the new, to look forward and to relish our future.  

These moments are generally life-changing and usually

associated with love and are pretty wonderful!

It is a beautiful thing when people commit to love.  

I value & honour these moments for you, in your own words by crafting ceremonies , to share with all your loved ones and friends.  

It is cliché, but I love life, and I love LOVE.

My job as your celebrant is to tell your story and to share it

with all the people you love the most.

 I love to get to know you to create a ceremony that really reflects your story.

I have been happily married for over 30 years and have two gorgeous grown children. Like any family, we've navigated life's ups and downs together and shared experiences which have honed my compassion, understanding of real love and commitment and what that truly means. 

I became an independent celebrant with the Academy of Modern Celebrants.  

Outside of SCV Ceremonies I work at a heritage site where I have been

for over 15 years. My role is extremely varied.  I love it and it has given me fabulous experience. 

We also, if possible, like to spend time at our

family home in France.   This means I can be available to conduct celebrant weddings in France, specifically in the Alpes Maritimes, Var region or on the coast near Cannes or Nice (depending on the time of year  and advance notice)
